And that's after the recent price drop. When the PS3 launched here it was $1000 AUD. It just hurts more now because our dollar's still quite strong yet we're paying 50% more... Games still retail for $100

I agree with what you said besides the "milking" part, seeing as both games release an updated version every year.
I don't consider myself to be a GULLIBLE sap ... What i do know is that i bought my PS3 to play some entertaining games. Wasn't that the idea?
And 5 years later, no complaints at all. It's a fucking GAMING machine, wouldn't any feature on top of that be considered a bonus?

I think the advert might only apply to non-Plus users. I'm a Plus subscriber and just flicked through all the screens and have not spotted one PS+ ad.
