not sure this is an "attack" per se, more than just people pointing out the obvious difference between what's considered "must have" for a particular console, as opposed to games that are unique to a console and can't be played *anywhere else.

...not sure I would call that list "must have" necessarily, but you've got to say/do something during the holiday selling season and this is what MS is doing. I'm not sure why they mentioned the other titles, as it is a bit embarrassing.

I mean no offense with this, as I must ask what is your age? The only reason I ask, is because I'm not sure how familiar you are with the overall sales of this franchise, its lineage & exquisite marque, and the absolute fever pitch that has been growing in the GT community waiting for this masterpiece to be fully rea...
if the Gadget show is that popular in the UK, it's credibility must be pretty good, plus you say that they don't cater to one thing or brand. For SNE to beat out the so called, "family consoles of all family consoles" is kind of a big deal indeed.
but I've never heard of this show and the people in the marquee look really old.
What's more, is that I've never played any of these games before and honestly I would lose interest too quickly if I tried.
this 'game' is going to consume Japan, whole. This type of advertising (a teacher skipping class to play a game) would be banned in the states and the story would spend a week on FOX news talking about how terrible the X console is for education.
advertises for them, has in-game shwag, & plays WOW.
I once knew a President that hyped up shock & awe followed up with a photo op using a "Mission Accomplished" banner flowing behind him & we know how that panned out in the years following. Not sure how your campaign will go in 2010, but I would at least think about changing the vocabulary.
