If used games are taken away, then there should be a mandatory demo available to the public for every game released. If you are asking me to buy something worth $60.00 (probably $70 or more next gen), then guess what I better be sure that I am going to enjoy it. If I don't like the game, its not like gamestop takes back new games. Im stuck with it. There are flaws in the system from both aspects of the spectrum.

this is so dumb...i can't believe they are actually considering this. Its absurd. The game is what it is whether you like it or not. If a movie is made with with an unpopular ending, are they going to have to start re releasing a different movie with a different ending?? Its really silly.
God I want to get into this series....I really do because I like the gameplay but out of this 22 and a half minute demo, there was about 14 minutes of cut scenes and watching......8 straight minutes in the beginning. Just way too much, waaaaaay too much.
that doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. If I buy a $40,000 car, it better have a lot more quality then the $6,000 used car sitting in the lot across the street. a 7.5 becomes a bad score when you compare it with other games that have received much higher scores for mediocrity. Whether they meant to change the value of the scoring system or not, this is how it is. What GameSpot is telling me is that Enslaved which got an 8.0 is a higher quality game than infamous 2. These are the comparisons that people are going to make and rightfully so. The people that get upset are the people that are treating the grading scale as a consistent tool to measure...
I have no problem with insomniac putting out a multiplat......as long as they put equal effort into both platforms. Its been well documented how the majority of multiplats recieve a bit more attention to detail on the 360 side of things because of how easy it is to code for it. This is the only reason why I would not be thrilled, not because the 360 is getting an insomniac game.

I agree with the argument that multiplats are watered down.....its true, plain and simple. If a developer doesn't quite understand how to properly program for a certain system, and has to make a game on 2 maybe 3 platforms, then they are just not going to take the necessary time to figure out how to properly code for that system. It has been proven over and over and over and over again.
i think its hilarious that in the first pic, the caption says the textures are identical, when its very obvious that the ps3 looks better. I also think that pic was probably a little unfair because the 360 pic looks a bit out of focus, but still the bias is pretty funny with the caption.

Fair enough, you x box guys can complain about only being able to play the games on psn while your a plus member and I will continue to pay 50 bucks a year and play an absurd amount of games for free that I may not have given a chance before ps plus. If that is a rip off, then I will take that rip off any day.
