You would think it would be more by now considering the recent offerings GP has AND the fact that if you want to play online on Xbox console then you must sub to GP. Lol it was even harder at launch. It took me a very long time. Apparently I've heard they made it easier getting the gold medals for missions in some way. But at launch time it was a pain because after you finish the story and go back to play missions to get the medals, you lose all your perks and abilities, your dead eye level and guns everything etc. You just have the stock standard bare minimum with crap guns. I haven't played it, but there should have been a dual co-op option at launch, and if the game is not strictly balanced from going solo to 3 people, then that is a major flaw.
There are other variables that you're not considering i don't think. All those former xbox console players will now be on playstation. They will mostly buy 3rd party games.
