How could any xbox gamer trust Microsoft at this point? How can anyone have any faith that what MS is telling them is the truth? You can't trust them. You can't trust Xbox's future. Better change to Playstation or PC, the sooner you do, the better.

If this is true, I still think that MS has to produce a console (whether it be 3rd party or whatever). They want to provide a place for their console players to go to next gen. These are approximately 30 million gamers. Otherwise these gamers would be homeless and console players love to play on console. So the vast majority would move to Playstation and not PC.

No. It's an OPINION PIECE from the author. It's an opinion on what is happening. A full screen ad IS drowning you. It flooded the screen entirely. Sending you an email would suffice. Every other company just send you an email on price rises. Not MS though, they flood your screen when you log on.

LOL Sony have given zero indication they are leaving the "console race". Don't lump the extremely successful PS5 in with all this doom and gloom over Xbox consoles.

Playstation is thriving more than they ever have at any moment in time. The most successful period of playstation is right now. They're making more money than they ever have in the gaming business in Playstation's history. That is a fact. The most successful period they've ever had is with the PS5 and till right now.
Gamers thoughts on this gen is besides the point though. Sony and Playsttaion themselves are loving it. My personal fav was the PS4 gen

Console players prefer console. They won't be going to PC if they move. Maybe some will, but certainly not the vast majority
