no you remove the heatsink (big aluminum thing off the chip... peel off the plastic apply some artic silver cooling paste and reapply the heatsink. Just like putting a new heatsink on a CPU in a PC.
Mine died, I sent it in... got a new one 8 days later. End of horror story. The system has a pipe yes, not a fully liquid cooled system that is being talked about above.

AGreed. It is about price and library. XB360 still doesn't have a big enough library to compete. And it is still a new and expensive piece of hardware.
