Look at the PSP. It has so much functionality that wasn't provided by Sony. They don't the hardware internally but the software.
so they have yet to fix the problems. The same thing was said when it was running on PS3 on a different engine before it moved to the unreal engine. Back then they showed a track which was fairly lengthy and now they are showing the unreal engine with short tracks and the same problems which forced to move to the unreal engine to devoid them of having to create their own engine from scratch.
