I never played the first two. In all honesty the nudity was a turn off for me. It made me not want to buy it. It was also extremely violent. Just not feeling it. I actually prefer Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 over Ninja Gaiden 2.
I rather keep a certain innocence in games, espeically in the sexuality department.

We don't just waste our air time. I usually have mine muted unless i'm very into a game. Its actually beneficial that not all ps3 owners get a headset in the box, it prevents little kids from being on the ps3.

I do agree that sony needs to make these functions standard on every game, but it works fantastic. Just click the invite and your transported into your party/game. If you dont got the game it will prompt you.
Since we have x-game invites that COD:MW2 has implemented, all we need is x-game chat and we what the 360 had a year ago, before the party system.
Then wrap it up in a package and call it a party and boom, finito.
Now all sony has to do is REQUIRE devs to use all these features.
The Uptake on the PS3 was slightly better then the 360, so the sales things is inaccurate. Keep in mind that is with strong competition and a 600$ price point.
since COD:MW2, we have x-game invites completely implemented, Which is freaking AWESOME. You can be in another game and if you get a COD:MW2 invite, just click it and it will prompt you to leave your game. VERY SLICK!
Now all we need is x-game chat and we have the shell to create the xbox party system. WOOOT!

I do think its a feature which is extremely complicated. I think the PS3 Operating System wasn't as thoughtout as its xbox counterpart. We all need to remember Microsoft has been developing Operating Systems for a long time and is the industry leader. it is only natrual that the PS3 operating system be alittle lack luster.
I'd expect to see vast improvements on the OS side of Sony's next console.

Its a horrible decision that will have ZERO impact on sales. Who the hell buys games based on the singer in it? lol. Most fans just want the original Final Fantasy experience.

I notice my killing ability fluxuating pretty heavily. If I sit back and camp then there will not be any difference. If you happen to rush around then you'll end up with lots of "But I shot him 10 times in the head WTF!" moments.
It is most definetly true.
The people i talked to say they don't lag, but they just don't percieve the delay. Its clearly there and when your host, you'll have a noticeable advantage.
This is my first cod game and im' like "There is DEFINETLY LAG". Its hard to notice at first, but when your in an "I shot first" situation, its totally noticeable.

If you play it safe and sit back and hide (waiting for kills) then the lag doesn't really affect the game too much.
BTW. This game totally lends itself really well to cam...
I think if both platforms released day and day with each other, things would be very different. Sony has also openly noted the trend of multiplatform games. This is why Sony has been building a set of first and 2nd party studios/relations, for years to come. Exclusives sell a console. Do you think a 3rd party exclusive where both install bases are equal is smart?
