At $500, the console (PS3 in this case) would have to show me 6 to 8 killer exclusives (that I want.)

1. Go for a player that can play both Blu-ray and HD-DVD if at all possible. But try not to spend any more money on buying new movies or you will have to replace your movie collection yet again...
2. UHDV = Ultra High Definition Video is coming out, and neither Blu-ray nor HD-DVD can store a UHDV movie. 2 hours of UHDV movie take up 25 terabytes (TB) of storage space. That's TERABYTE.
