I don't get how some people can complain about PSN as if it was just horrible. For a free service you get an awful lot of stuff.
The hype for Sony to announce megaton upon megaton at E3 is out of control. Remember, Sony's lineup is more or less known. Unlike MS, they don't get to reveal their lineup at E3 (thank God because I think it would really suck to be in the dark at June about the year's lineup). Also, Sony has to come through at TGS which is only a few months later.
What I'm saying is that Sony will put on a good show but don't let yourself fall victim to the hype of thinking Sony is going to do a ...

This is what...year four for the 360 and year 3 for the PS3? And it probably takes 3 years to make a game so by that point I guess we will be seeing the next console launch. Wow time flies.
Just think how much more dominant your numbers would be if your system didn't have the whole RROD fiasco to go through. Again, glad to see MS doing so well. Looks like Sony is going to have to get used to have a competitor in the "next-gen" gaming arena.
Again, while I don't agree with some of MS' business practices, I do appreciate having them around to keep Sony on its toes.
Took away a whole 6 hours of inFAMOUS. I tried to play with her here but it just didn't work out. Oh well. Great review. Back to playing I go.
Take the MLB09 the show commercials. Classic Sony commercials. Funny and ran constantly. And when did it run? During baseball games. Infamous should be running non-stop during South Park, Family Guy, and pretty much anywhere that the demographic would be watching. The few ads Sony has run were good....but the commercials should really be almost overwhelming.
BTW, I have the game and am loving it so far.
360 owners are getting the Ballad of Gay Tony for GTA4. Seems like an even split to me

You do realize there's a whole world out there that isn't North America. You probably also realize that Sony is actually outselling 360 when you factor in the US and Japan. If Europe's numbers were readily accessible, I think you'd see that Sony doesn't have to do anything until it is ready.
means no price drop. Really surprised Sony doesn't bring back either the 20 or the 40 as a bare bones entry priced PS3. Get rid of Wifi, a few USB ports, and whatever else isn't essential to playing games and SOny would be posed to repeat the early part of 08 (prior to the 199.99 360 sku).
Really? I've heard many 360 only owners go on about exclusive DLC being more important to them than games. So hey, enjoy the exclusive DLC for a game that won numerous awards and broke records. You get 20 hours of gameplay for 19.95. That's a pretty darn good deal if you like GTA4 imo. Wasn't trying to ignite a "flame war."
All Kojima has to do to get me back on MGS4 non-stop is give us a trophy patch. I played through it just once (I know I know) because I didn't want to go through again and, like Burnout, have to start over once they add trophies. Well now I wish I had gone through again. No matter. I didn't sell the game. Can't wait for any news on MGS5. But seriously, a trophy patch would be sweeeeeet.
if it's a PS3 announcement, that won't deter certain people/sites. They'll keep on and keep on speculating and posting false stories about how it's coming to the 360.
