I don't give a crap about the stupid story I played 1 and 2 and the whole thing was stupid then. The gameplay is friggin phenomenal. I love capturing soldiers for my base so I can level up platforms and make better stuff. And Quiet snipping people with traq's is awesome too.
They don't hold a candle to Sony's line up. Truth hurts.
MS better hope Sony doesn't cut the price. It was a disaster when they were priced the same. MS can not compete at the same price point, it was proven when the "limited price drop" ended and they ended up keeping it at the discounted price two weeks later, they would have to drop the price to 299$ to have a chance.
I don't know what to say, been waiting for a nice supply of JRPGs on PS4 and it's finally happening!
Of course it did.
The Uncharted series campaign trumps Halo's campaign (and I love Halo). Uncharted is way more exhilarating. And now it's going to be upgraded with texture work, frame rate and resolution making it even better. It doesn't have a bunch of MP crammed into it but that's fine by me. I've been wanting to revisit the trilogy and now I can in the best way.
X1 will not close the gap in any territory this holiday. Sony would literally have to pull PS4's off the shelves and Ms would have to have another "limited time price drop". It's sad too because this is kind of MS's last chance to make a dent while Sony is relying on third party deals this holiday and their trying to use a waning franchise to do it. They won't have another chance like this. Phil Spencer said in the beginning of his new role he was "in it to win ...
@Neo- Really the X1 software line up isn't going to be strong enough to stop the PS4. Halo is really the only game that can be counted as a system seller and a lot of people are over it. Don't expect the the gap to finally close. It's sad too because this is kind of X1's last chance this holiday to do it.
I like what she's wearing :)
Lol you guys need to re read the article.
"Slightly better image quality and a closer lock on to the target 30fps update puts the PS4 version in prime position here, though the Xbox One game offers an almost identical experience for the majority of the duration. As such, both come recommended for those wanting to get another slice of Dishonored's finely crafted and challenging gameplay. That said, we're left feeling short-changed by the lack of a 60fps update on hardware...
Better image quality and steadier frame rate on PS4. No surprises here.
Holy crap. It looks like Pixar animation.
Crackdown looks like a X1 launch game with cool destruction.
Talk about over hyping what you actually have. That exclusive line up has nothing on the third party games being released now through January. Wonder how MS will react when they find out they didn't gain any ground after the holidays pass. This is literally their last opportunity before Sony has their 2016 games come. And it's not looking good.
You must not own a X1 either then. You'll be waiting till 2017 on that one if you think PS4's library is week.
X1 waves= "Limited time price drop"
Hit a nerve with Exhibit A ^
Well X1 won't gain as much ground as they did last year, unless they trick people into thinking there is going to be a "limited price drop" again. Xbox die hards love to list all these "superior exclusives" but don't realize their own delusion. They're just not very good exclusives as far as moving systems. Forza will not sell consoles, Halo 5 will a little, Tomb Raider was a waste of money for them, it will be a good game but we all know the story with the las...
I think I just peed a little. Nope, wait.... It was a lot.
Scalebound better hope it's not compared to Horizon. Doesn't even come close in graphic fidelity and setting. When the dude runs in Scalebound he doesn't even look connected to the ground.
