Laughable... MS shockingly has the best customer support when it comes to the 3 systems. They produce and then they produce again and again. News being that the game world has hit real world media areas? Not as traditionally known for emphasis on games but yet people are becoming more and more interested in this kind of thing.

It was a timed exclusive. But you hit on the EXACT same thing that throngs of PS3 boys thrive on, that they don't consider a game exclusive if it is also found on the PC.
That similar to complaining that a movie is not Bluray eclusive because you can watch it on HBO or download it from a digital service.
That's the whole point. People change every day. But IP purchase is the important factor here. Current Sega teams have not delved into that pot of wealth and for MS to purchase the IP and bring it back would be the coo.
Sorry, though you are correct that this merger would be beneficial to both sides. Microsoft does not need a strong showing in Japan.
In the past it has been a strong market and needed to be stroked to get the Japanese talent to start working on their console. That was when Japan cared more about their own country in gaming when in this generation they have grown a bit more and have learned they can design games for America and Europe audiances to make the most profit.

Huge Sega fan that I am, I have been disappointed with their current work. This could do nothing but help Sega, and Microsoft would gain titles that rival Nintendo on the fan draw and internet wish list.
The possibility of the video below ever coming to a Next Generation console would be simply a dream!

I think they are underhyping the game if anything. If you overhype a good game then people will tend to pick it apart for the smallest of issues, saying it didn't live up to the hype.
You talk down the hype by talking of all the difficulties it had to get it to market, it qwells the hyp and allows the game to stand on it's own merrits when it comes out.

Looks like a buy for me. It has a Diablo feel with the upgrades and such. I like the free roam aspect and the graphics look sweet to me.
The story sounds great and deep, the atmosphere is grungy and shows a lot of character.
Some say it will be a flop... mostly those who don't even own a 360 system I would think. But I would guess at it selling VERY well when it hits the streets.
Here is a short list of movies that I would think would make good video games:
SciFi: Pitch Black (special effects... cool setting, enemy theme awesome, huge potential)
Action: Deathwish (WITH character sculpted after Bronson being a must!!!)

I wouldn't imagine a price drop announcment at this E3, but I have noticed a flux of consoles coming into our military BX and that always seems to lead up to a price drop or system skew. Don't know why...? Just seems to fall hand in hand.
