I repeat, MMS! Why in the world can't they just add freakin' MMS?!!!
I got mine a couple days after launch and it's been fine. About the only thing I don't like is the noise from the dvd disc drive. Does anyone know if the newer ones are any quieter and how much so? I play my 360 more than my PS3 but have always liked the near silent operation of the PS3 and am wondering if any of the newer 360's are like that.

My first reaction to reading this headline was "Oh no!" One of my favorite things about my 360 is its current GUI...it's older but still miles ahead of what's on my PS3. But, after completing the entire video and seeing that they still have the handy guide in there I've come away very impressed. And like everyone's said, the Netflix integration is outstanding.
Considering there is a lot of gray background area I'm thinking your theme or wallpapers could be applied there.
Yes, the form function has been around a long time and it needs to be improved upon. But, all the improvements needed were already covered perfectly above by mindedone.

I'll admit, between my 360 and PS3 I slightly prefer my 360 for various reasons. But Gears has to be the most overrated game ever. How it got game of the year is beyond me. I think it is just bc of the chainsaw on the rifle. Besides that there is nothing special about the game. Graphics are average at best, story is awful, and game play is merely OK. In fact, I played on 3 seperate occasions trying to give it a chance but it just never drew me in. Bioshock and Halo 3 are MUCH, MUCH bett...
Sorry, but this update is a big disappointment. I downloaded it this evening and the images still don't download right. Oh, a few here and there but that's it. It is commonly accepted since the launch of the PS3 that the PSN store was been embarrassingly bad. Now, with much fanfare (and after much delay) Sony finally updates it and it doesn't work! How long have they had to work on this? And still the vast majority of you are praising this update and pouncing all over anyone who says it...
How can you judge the speed of the store if the graphics/pictures don't download?
Haha you so funny. I got one for Christmas '06 - one of the main things I asked for. The HD DVD's that I still watch look great on it and it does a beautiful job upconverting regular DVD's. I've got lots of enjoyment out it so I proudly admit I got one.

Silver360 never said it didn't happen to you. He's merely pointing out the post is from a blog, not a news article and therefore shouldn't be posted here! Can't people understand that concept? I say the same thing when people post negative PS3 blogs.
I think you should follow your own advice. It has taken an awful long time to come out so I think asking when the release date is and making a little joke about it is completely acceptable. I'll buy it and am still looking forward to it but it shouldn't be taking this long to port from the 360 to the PS3 unless there is some MAJOR exclusive content.
