Maybe they could play their grandparents
Well Bjorn, the PS4 Pro is almost twice the power of a regular PS4..It is a very good console. Lots of good games on it as well. Not sure the switch is going to "destroy" anyone, but I do very much like where Nintendo is headed with it! "IF" the Switch gets enough third party support with at least a handful of high profile third party exclusives it will definitely do very well beyond Nintendo hard cores. The next four years will probably see Sony dominance decline at least...
Sony won this cycle of the generation for sure..MS did a good job catching up a bit the past two years though..If only Spencer was in charge before that E3 disaster..Oh well, just how it went. The new cycle PSpro/Scorpio/Switch is still up in the air of course. With the Scorpio, since MS games are going to PC and the console will be very friendly toward toward pc ports I would think quite a few games that were traditionally only on PC over the years may find their way to Scorpio. Time will te...
Switch is sounding better and better every day!
Yeah High end pc's have great specs but I would still rather purchase a PS4 Pro, Nintendo Switch and Xbox Scorpio (when the latter two come out) than a high end rig any day of the week!
Of course the Ps4pro is selling well, but I have a feeling not quite as well as Sony would want, but then again there are 50 million PS4's sold right now and I doubt most of those owners are ready to purchase a new PS console so soon...especially when the regular PS4 seems to be running most games fairly well.
@ mikeslemonade.... No way in the world is Sony bringing another console to market in 2018. Not until 2020, maybe very end of 2019, but 2018, not a chance! The PS4 Pro is plenty powerful to go a full four years! There is a lot of R&D associated with new consoles and that costs money, lots and lots of money! Sony share holders would riot if another system came out so soon. Won't happen.....babbby.
Looking forward to the Scorpio even more now! This game was looking impressive on X1 already, if maxed out further on the Scorpio... wow! The potential is strong on this one!
I have a feeling at the upcoming E3 MS will announce a early fall/mid release...Just a guess though.
Crackdown 2 was good but should have been sold as an expansion for $20 and not a stand alone sequel for $60.
Its a worthy system regardless.
You need to stop spamming
So, pretty much just all speculation...what else is new with click bait driven, gaming media.
LOL, some you "gamers" have such thin skins! Hmmm, I didn't see any of you Sony fanboys talking negatively over one of your own talking down about the "Xbone"...Hypocrite much! Hilarious!
ricosuave..You really need to get past this "they don't have exclusives"..Bs.. That simply is not the case and I will tell you why. The vast majority of console gamer do not care one bit about gaming on a pc and outside of hardcore gamers that won't change. For those "exclusives" all that matter is if it is also out on a Sony or Nintendo consoles or not, so with that, yes, MS has plenty of exclusives and some very good ones that will drive console sales for years t...
I personally would miss Nintendo being in the console market, but when it comes down to it, it is their IP's that matter most and their IP's that have literally changed the face of gaming entertainment and many facets of modern media. They are everywhere! As long as there are fantastic Mario and Zelda games being made that would be the most important thing...As long as they don't rest on their laurels as Sega did and decrease the quality of their software and neglect once popular ...
Is that the slogan for illiterate gamers? "Is no games to play".... Sounds very much like Sony branding if you ask me.
MS "could" purchase Nintendo with ten and tens of billions to spare.
If the Switch doesn't do well, Nintendo will do what Sega did years back.
I remember the days when most gamers and consumers were, for the most part completely ignorant to what a CPU really was, what ram was, clock speed, sprites (before polygons) and how much a processor could push, what a fps is and all the technical jargon that goes with gaming. It was always about the games over the specs first and foremost! Not sure that is the case with the majority of gamers these days. Seems a game isn't good if the written specs don't "wow" everyone befo...
