Stop trying to defend stupid game fail.
It's so bad I can't even believe it. Just see the dynamic leaves falling from trees. Do they even have shadows ? NO ! Do they atleast have tesselated veins ? NO ! What is this ? 1980 ? And the RPG playing so bad. WTF he just swing sword same way because outdated motion capture.
Dumbasses don't realize that in real life swinging sword there is variation. Character don't swing sword exactly same wa...
I agree. I mean, his flying sucks. That shit is so dated. It isn't even cool anymore.
Laser eyes. The biggest problem I have with his laser eyes is that it does not seem likely to have lasers coming out of your eyes. I mean, I donno, I get that he's suppose to be a superhero, but if we ignore that part, then his laser beams don't make much sense, especially when heat distribution coefficients come into play.
My biggest problem with him is aerodyna...
Just says a lot about Naughty Dog doesn't it ? Everybody konws that Uncharted 4 will be amazing. Everybody knows it will be one of the best looking games ever made.
They just don't make anything but stellar games
PC modding is amazing, yes.
A first person mod though ? Here ? xD
You know, the best way to do it would be first person exporation. I think that would be feasible, but Third Person for combat. It would be quite finnicky, but still...
You don't really know that. They might have left it till the game was gold to work on, even though it's a small thing. Besides, they said it themselves - they are this to make a statement - that's the biggest reason they're doing this.
Well, there were some nice combat mods :P
@the_dark_one
Read the article first.
The author says UC is one of his favourite series. For him, it's too generic/boring, like Bioshock Infinte, but also, he seems to be worried that the game might follow a grimmer tone, as represented by the cover. He made comparisons to previous covers, such as the Uncharted 2 cover, which was a lot more 'adventurous' feeling.
Is that what you say everytime you see something negative remotely related to Sony ?
Either say some thing specific to the topic or nothing at all. In the same vein, this whole "people just want to bash Sony" thing that's been going on is meaningless and stupid and irrelevant. Not to mention hypocritic - people also use it to avoid valid opinions on games, such as in game reviews. *cough* *cough* The Order *cough* "Every reviewer just wants to bash PS exclusive&...
Sorry, but that's stupid. Stop bringing fanboyism and console wars into this, it's just retarded, and doesn't allow for any actual discussion.
PS4 or not, the cover art is rather generic and like a lot of other games, and this article makes sense given that Bioshock Infinite got attention for doing the same thing. A guy walking towards the camera with a gun in his hand is kind of lazy and boring.
No patterns, just simple logic behind both of those.
It is the best looking open world game out there. That's a fact. Unless you're talking about modded PC games, which is an unfair comparison. TW3 looks pretty damn good !
It was, however, heavily downgraded. Also a fact.
It looked much better in some ways earlier.
That's why people were unhappy. CDPR really pushed graphics earlier, independent of it's genre. TW2 w...
What reaction ? Sure, people will complain about the graphics, but only because it's true - the game does look dated graphically, and that's always a little unfortunate. Graphics are a very important of a game.
The overall reaction, however, has been nothing but nerdgasm and excitement. Even the people saying the graphics suck don't really seem to mind. Apart from the odd person here or there saying "I won't buy it because it looks last gen", the re...
Were the graphics a little dated ? Yes. Little disappointing perhaps ? yes.
Does it really matter ? No.
The trailer was beyond epic. That music... they know how to get us hyped.
The best part about the trailer ? As someone on twitter said.
There was no preorder bonus or DLC bonus bullshit at the end. That's so true, because that stuff leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
Yeah, that is true. Atleast based on this trailer, it does look dated. It was disappointing in that respect, but oh well, who cares.
That trailer was brilliant anyway, and by the end I was overcome with excitement
It looks noticeably dated,no one can deny that. And that is unfortunate to some degree. Better graphics do often have a significant impact on the experience (depending on what game it is)
Does it really matter in this case ? IMO, No. Graphical improvements look like they are just about enough. I'm sure the lighting will be a lot more dynamic, which is good. The trailer was brilliant anyway.
Still, ofcourse people are going to complain about the graphics,...
@BiggerBoss
What ? People said that about the Order not because the graphics were good. It's because they had multiple other problems with the game.
What about Ryse with on XBOX ? Shallow gameplay with not enough complexity, repetitive waves of enemies etc etc.
Graphics are an important part of a game. If they are good, then it helps the game, giving it more entertainment value.
Needless to say, if the graphics are great ...
Trailer was epic. However, the graphics do indeed look dated
Saw a comment on the youtube video-
"Graphics, graphics never change" xD
Graphically it looks kind of crap in a lot of ways. Basically it looks like Fallout 3 in some aspects.
It's okay though. There will be tons of graphical features things that are improved, and you'll see it in game more than anything else. Especially the lighting - you're bound to see much more realtime lighting.
Besides, I think it's fine. Atleast they're not teasing some mindblowing graphics and then dumbing it down.
@PCGamingNoobs
Well, the sound was what made the trailer awesome for me. They played some tracks from Fallout 3. It's very Nostalgic, but also just awesome because the music is just really good.
Only played Halo Combat Evolved (fantastic game), so had no idea about lot of this lore stuff before.
I am totally hooked to this series though. It really is brilliantly done
Only hairworks. The Witcher 3 uses Nvidia gameworks for other things like cloth simulation and destruction. Those run fine on AMD...
