to admit the article is pretty biaised.But its not horrendous.
For instance the 2008 lineup isnt lackluster but its not as great as as people were saying it was early 2008.

Gears 2 its self alone might not shift alot of consoles but it could too.
You say the same people who bought Gears already have the 360.Well alot of people back in the day couldnt afford a 360 so with a blockbuster (Gears 2) + price drop it can be a system seller.

Last gen I was a PS2 fan.I didnt care about the xbox and gamecubes extra "power".All I cared about was the games not the console itself or the brand.

FF14 isnt coming out this gen ior maybe the next gen would have strated already and well on its way when they'll release FF14.
