every 2nd game matchmaking finds is god damm shottie snipers! that alone makes COD 4 better lol
rocket race and hammerziet is a nice change of pace every now and then though. COD4 can get frustrating if i get stuck with alot of US players because due to geographical reasons my pings will always suck and COD4s matchmaking can leave me waitng for a while between games.

Total Anihilation BLEW STARCRAFT OUT OF THE WATER. Released a year before SC it had 3D 64km maps, hundreds of different units, DLC back when dialup was the norm and featured land, air and sea battles.
TA imo STILL has not been topped. Supreme commander ,spiritual successor to it was a good effort though!

Not even close. this game is fun for a few hours but paradise trumps it easily with the online mode

DLC is not good for games. its like they took the best part of PC gaming and figured out ways to charge you for it

El alemien, midway , wake those where my favourite BF vanilla maps because they had air land and sea battles. bf2 has no sea and little Air combat and is a worse game for it. Go back to your roots DICE and give us the large scale battles!
Bf2 was mere shell of the brilliance that was 1942+ desert combat mod. i usually agree with pretty much everything you say but this is just waaaay off. Every BF game since the original have gotten worse and worse. 2142 was an abomination and should have been a free mod of 2, vietnam should have been cancelled in the alpha stage (hey guys lets give the bazooka troop a machine gun thats more accurate than the assualt class)

if i owned both consoles, which i shall when gt5 comes out id still have to go for the 360 version in this case for the following reasons.
The DLC is a factor, sure you dont have to buy it but its an option thats not there for the ps3 version. if it turns out to be crap oh well but if its amazing then you would be silly not to go 360.
