Taking the territory you have sh1t on for this long and throwing them a bone ( 2 day release window, doesnt make up for the 2 month R2 wait)hardly lets us PAL suckers class as lucky.
Giants is an absolute gem, id say GOTY for about 3 years even after release. The gfx where amazing for the time, varied gameplay of the different races, sidesplitting british humour and of course the sea reapers!

Tribes gameplay is very, very dissimilar to halo.
But im sure you have no qualms with Killzone2 ripping of TF2.
Maybe this expac will make it more of a game and less of a spreadsheet that plays itself.
Sony have made ALOT of mistakes this gen, but making their system open to 3rd party addons such as controllers and headsets etc is a benefit that they should make more widely known. I hope the competition and future sony consoles pick up on this but i kinda doubt it will catch on due the extra $$$ a manufacturer can make by selling you the official one.
No sony is not to blame for RROD, because its mainly caused by the GPU overheating. Sony picked an underpowered GPU so they dont have this issue.
They already crippled it by introducing the gimped 40gbs. They need to go about reducing production costs while re introducing the features the original 60gbs had.
