People on here don't seem to know much about the Mortal Kombat franchise. Gears characters fit, COD could fit etc... So far since this franchise has been about we have had:
4 armed men
Horse men
Stryker with his grenades and hand gun
Magical Tomahawk weilding Knightwolf.
A man who is the god lightning giving it the Barry.
Fit chicks - fuck ugly cloan chicks
Robots
Mutants
Wizards
Demons
Red OJ is right in the sense that it could divide an audience. But then maybe something like this could boost the consoles 3D capabilities allowing improved framerate etc. A bit like the Nintendo 64's Memory increase... only slightly larger scale.
I am not going out of my way to offend, and maybe I am being a little too synical or old... This really doesn't sound like something unique and well established over years to me.
Baring in mind that this is my opinion here, and I am entitled to be proven wrong. I wouldn't be the first to say a band "will go down like a lead zeppelin" and get it wrong ;)
Yup, I have made no mistake there.
Sorry, that music was mass produced generic crap. If it reflects the final output of the game I will never trust a Mortal Kombat game again.
Test your might below:
Unreal engine doesn't suck.. it producing shit loads of great titles all the time.
Fuck it.. why bother, you're called hellghan666 - nothing smacks of fanboy dumbfuck prick more than that, sorry to waste all your sony feltching time.
I much prefer Gears' gameplay over KZ. The single player cover system on KZ fucked me off most... but character design and boss fights were also a hell of a lot better on Gears (not to mention they know how to make a decent looking flame thrower). If gears has improved the multiplayer experience (lag etc) then the third iteration will be immense!
I bet it is ladies one in one out at your gaff :/
I enjoyed Dantes Inferno more than GOW. But it mainly came down to the characters... I don't care for Kratos, I find him shallow and the story pointless. Dantes Inferno kept me interested until the credits rolled just out of intrigue. I am not mad for hack n slashes in general though, it's a very shallow and limited type of gameplay.
Oh look... Sack boy! I wonder what his opinion on a PS3 related title may be?!
Day 1 purchase
Put General RAAM in Moooooooooooortal Kombat!!!
£10 cheaper and more often in stock when purchased online. Bubye game! x
Oh wow! Very cool that someone made this... However I found LBP a bit dull and not for me. If they do include RPG and 1st person aspects that are fun to create levels with I will try it... if not I'll be riding the swerve train.
hahah! Excellent kicking off!
Shame about the shit article.
I am hoping the opposite, I want Gears 3 towards the end of the year, and this RIGHT FUCKING NOOOOW!!!
I'm stuill down with this milf... enjoyed this franchise from the start even its less rated counterparts.
I am yet to buy a wii... bought as PS3 and an xbox so far... but the release of Donkey Kong Country Returns has got me tempting. I still think nintendo wins the platform genre, it's just a shame they're on a lack lustre system.
This isn't gaming nostalgia for me... Although great games non instill the memories brought from a lot earlier systems and a lot more challenging games... These are all fuck easy, the cutscenes are hardly worked for.
The xbox has some fantastic titles... you can't praise this list and then complain about the generescism of the xbox' titles.
And twisted metal will rate 7/10 in any non-ps3 related review.
Namco got there first with Soul Caliber 2 ;)
