I think I'll wait then until I can pick it up discounted and the game has been patched with a proven player base. it looks a great idea, but I don't want to be stuck with an expensive dead online experience.

Downloaded it and seems a bit crap, nothing really exciting or useful on it. It looks very nice though...
There are so many good multiplats this year I am not too worried about exclusives, but I would like to see some announcement and a glimmer of hope for next year - something outside of kinect preferably...

If you like putting your face 5 inches from a wall and staring at it... As that's what you see for about 80% of the game. The other 20% was actually quiet good, but not worth the trouble.

The Uncharted series are some of the best games on the playstation. I am not particularly devoted to the console itself, but those games play incredibly well and look amazing!
I only use my headset in party chat with my friends. If playing strangers I don't tend to wear it because most of my conversation on Fifa is like... "shit, fuck... howdidhe? I HATE YOU DROGBA!!!" And I don't think they want to hear it :)
@ M_Jack_H - No need to spit your dummy out because nobody viewed your comment as anything noteworthy. GT5 got the rating it deserved and a huge playerbase of gamers to boot... It was advertised on TV and in just about every form of written media gave their opinion on it, along with in depth reviews and comparisons. It was not underrated or missed out on in the slightest.
However a game like Red Faction: Guerrilla as mentioned by DelbertGrady came out during the summer fai...
I just couldn't be that flippant with my monies, not with so many other great titles to play.
