According to my Japanese friend who already updated to 3.15,
you can't "copy" your protected game saves,
but you can "move" your protected saves from old PS3 to new PS3 by the utility.
after the process completed, the protected saves on your old PS3 will be deleted.

I have to admit that I said "Resistance 2 is 30 FPS? hmm...it's not great." before.
but I have still played Resistance 2. and I love it.
so framerate is not the most important thing for me.
gameplay is.
"Not 60FPS" will not stop me playing the game.

I love R2 more. and i have still played the game.
I got and played R2 before playing RFOM.
so I'm used to R2's feel much more than RFOM.
but fans from the first game may be disappointed with R2 because of the several changes.

I think "DS3 and the Wand" may feel better
than "mouse and keyboard" in FPS.
