Sad news indeed.
You can't put all your eggs into one basket.
I guess they put all their efforts into an exclusive
and it came back to bite them. Same goes to Factor 5 for Lair.
That's the reason why I hate exclusives!!!
I'm glad that Bioshock and Oblivion made for multiplatform
everyone gets a chance to enjoy them (even if they were time exclusive).
Myth from your logic, Xbox would have 2 potential buyers vs. PS
1 potential buyer. Looking at another perspective,
if an AAA multiplatform game is being release MS might have potential
2 software sales vs. 1 software sale.
This means alot for game companies to decide which console they
might want to allocate their resources to.
The Wii and 360 are about the same in sales volume (~11M) vs. PS3
(~5M units sold). Using your logic, the availability of the PS3 used
and new are 1/2 of their competitors on Amazon.
Because they have 1/2 the sales volume to their competitors.
That's why you should separate used and new instead of lumping them
all together.
How about availability?
Wii - 67 used & new
PS3 60GB - 29 used & new
PS3 80GB - 25 u...
Great graphics and looks very similar to Prince of Persia
to me as well. The only negative from viewing the video that I
noticed was the enemy AI. They seemed to stand there without dodging
for cover when being shot at.
Take a look at this before you go and buy several of those 6V batteries.
That's one of the best video clips I have seen. LMAO!
Btw, your link didn't work. I clicked it and it gave me the
error 404 - page not found.
Take a look at some of these excellent paint jobs.
I wish I have skills like these people.
"It's not right for Gamestop/Eb games employees to go around telling people that PS3 and XBOX 360 are the same thing, just XBOX 360 is cheaper."
This might sound like a broken record.
1) Parents are buying a "Video Games" system for their
kids to play GAMES. With the same title for
multiplatform, why would they want to spend extra $$
to have the same experience as the lesser console?
2) Hopefully, PS3 will come ...
If your product is superior than anyone in the market,
should it sell itself without needing any outside help? Just a thought...
That minotaur looks pretty sweet.
Here's a video trailer of the game.
Add another one to my wishlist.
Basically, it's a simple economic basis of supply and demand.
If there is less demand, supply will follow shortly with reduction
of manufacturing. Also, I think Sony is too arrogant to acknowledge
that their pricing structure is too high for the average consumers
(i.e. saving money for Little Arkham's braces or a PS3).
The control setup is not that friendly.
I had a hard time reloading and instead of throwing
a grenade, it threw multiple grenades (ran out of grenades real quick).
Stick with COD2.
Dl this last night and managed to play it this morning.
The graphics were stunning, game play was great and control was precise.
That is just a minority speaking out of from their frustrations with the PS3. I would imagine the silent majority would think the same.
If you paid 2x more than in the US for a PS3, you would want
to get some return of investment for it.
From the context of the people's opinions are:
1) PS3 is a great machine with a ton of potential but no decent
games since launch. Only two decent games so far Motorstorm & Resistance.
2) Lack of ...
I think this Beta is going to show M$ how a Beta should really be.
WTF! Can't get on and it said "PUBLIC". So much for Beta LOL!
I guess I'll call Kaz to see if he wants to play
RRRRRRRRRRRiiidggggge RRrrrrrracer instead.
