Beated the PS1 Version of RE1 like a month ago (again) while my RE 5 dust in the closet.
Anyway i would gladly play a new RE with the old controls because the atmosphere would be super.

Re6 is no good because it uses the RE name badly, even the movies have followed the trend of Michael Bay movies.

RE Outbreak was the last chapters of the series that where truly Survival Horror and had the classic elements of the series. I think releasing RE Outbreak 1 and 2 for PSN with full online could help get the series in the right direction.
RE6 is bad, there is no argument in this world that will make it seem like a good game.

A Silent protagonist in a JRPG setting is a winning formula for me.
