The Vita has been able to do this. This update allows you to remote play from a computer.

Those people can wait until the game gets reviews and then buy it if they want.
It's always online and they've said that the servers wont go live until the game launches. The reviewers can get their copies early all the want but they aren't any good until launch day.

Yeah. Which is actually kinda nice if you get a physical copy then you can get it installed and be ready to play when the servers go live.

Not in my opinion
As with all games with a leveling system it takes progressively more xp to get to the next level which means that you have to play longer to get from one level to the next.
I'm so glad they aren't going to wait a few days after launch!
