You could always use the DS4 on pc.
That sounds more like a fault with your system. No update will be released to fix that.
I've been beta testing this update for a while now. It's got some useful features. The nest console in the world just got better.

I also have both and absolutely hate the game store. It took me way too long to find the games with gold. Unlike the ps store on which it is on left hand side of the screen clearly labeled.
