I don't think it will be out for another 3-4 years. Why, The ps4 is the best selling console out there and developers have not fully use its full potential (especially first party). Remember the PS3, all their exclusives were incredible when it was released near the end of the PS3 life cycle. I expect the same for the PS4.

I'm an amateur racer and I have race in the rain a lot, If i had to choose what is more realistic, i will choose Driveclub. When you're driving at high speed, the droplet hitting the windshield will spread out immediately. You look at Forza, the water disappears whereas in driveclub the water hits, spreads out and moves towards edge of the windshield. Without a windshield wiper, you do not have a clean looking windshield like in Forza. SO try again.

Why announce a new console when the current console is selling at an unprecedented rate? Sony knows that the PS4 is still selling well and if they announce a new console, that will halt there PS4 sales. That is a stupid move. Sony did what they've been doing and that is to release new games. Their E3 is nothing compared to what they showed last year but they showed enough new games and exclusive to keep their fan base happy.
Well it make sense. In terms of 3rd party games,the developers will determine if they will utilize the full potential power each console; PS4 pro or Xbox one X. Some developers may decide that its easier to make games to work for the lowest power system which is guarantee to work on a more powerful system.
The article forget that the PS5 may come out in 3 years. The xbox and the PS4 may starting to reach it saturation point. To think that the xbox one X will sell 17 millions by 2021 is stretching it by a lot. YOu forget that the xbox one S and Xbox one are still in the market so that will influence buyers as well.
