Everyone I know thought this was totally fine if you already owned the Physical Copy or on some weird level.
Except Battlefield has already mastered Large Scale war, and COD has Not.
I see them both struggling to actually benefit form the added Battle Royale modes.

IMO GOW is the best so far, followed by UC4.
This Year Sony showed off some AWESOME games.
Spiderman was Phenomenal, TLOU 2 looked insane, and Ghost of Tsushima looked great, Death Stranding looked awesome too
The way the structured their conference, and the Panel of boring bozos at a desk tho... that made fall asleep until the next gameplay etc..
I disagree with that, ANY studio can make a Punny, Gag-filled licensed game with minimal depth.
That would be the all Deadpool needs tbh.
Spiderman's story is MUCH more serious and not so over-the-top so it requires Deep gameplay to make it impactful.

I can think of a new way to do single player games... NO dlc. Make it worth my damn 60 bucks. Then maybe a year later... when I KNOW it wasn't simply cut from the game for extra $$$ release a MAJOR DLC instead.

Another part of that problem is rehashing the same games and styles with minimal features or changes, for full price, WITH a full price Season pass or 4 sets of 15 dollar DLC etc..

Sony has Exclusives, but, I think they are WAY behind MS as far as the Platform, innovation, features etc..

If it was 1 v 100 with loadouts and choice of weapons etc.. that's one thing.
Random weapons and items is what ruins the fun the most, IMO.

Battle Royale is empty, and rather boring in My opinion, especially without squads or teams.
They already have started focusing on it...

All those games are gonna be Cross gen/Next gen.
They already talked about the new console(s) coming and new Features in the Future.
MS made some mis-steps which led to Low sales throughout the Generation, but they are the ones Innovating the most thru this Gen and adding features... they had no choice but to innovate.
In My opinion, sales don't always reflect All aspects of a Compan...
