lol Cat's just a dirty Copy-Paster like that.
lol That's odd with the disagrees. It even says Moderator in my profile and everything. Do those disagrees know something I don't? CAT!!!!?!?!
My biggest problem was just I was burnt out on that type of game at that point I guess. It was way too much like Fallout 3 and I had already invested SOOO much time into that not long ago, so it's just like "I need a longer break than this from this stuff".
I'm sure if I take a break for a wh...
lol You didn't do anything. I have no reason to ban you.
I'm a Moderator here on N4G.
Agreed that sometimes they do get it right. However after what they did with the franchise the last go around (MK vs DC), I had my doubts now that Midway was out of the way and WB had free reign.
I'm more than happy to admit I was wrong with my doubts though as this just looks awesome and the little bit of the demo I played was great.
Just checked Amazon as that's who I always pre-order games through. All they're doing though is $5 off. So you can pre-order it for $54.99. Of course on Amazon it is tax free and free shipping (or only $1 if you do release date) which you definitely can't get through Walmart.
I still need to finish this game. I ended up giving up on it. Not because of any bugs or glitches or anything, just cause I got bored with it. I think by that point I was just burned out on this genre and investing another 100+ hours into another Fallout (like I did with Fallout 3) didn't seem too appealing to me.
I never got into it either, but at the same time it never bothered me. I was just never the type to really utilize that feature. Seemed pointless (other than some of them being a good laugh the first time or two you see them). The crane kick on this video is pretty funny. But that will run its course soon too. I won't ever really use any of these, but it doesn't bother me that they're in there.
I know the feeling. As we get closer and closer to SOCOM 4, I'm getting more eager to play it. It's making me want to revisit those old SOCOM games I loved just to get a quick fix and tide myself over.
After playing the demo, I'm so ready for this game. I seriously had doubts about it when they first announced it, especially being under the control of WB, but they've fulfilled that promise of taken the franchise back to its roots. It's going to be awesome.
What's so wrong with putting it in the US?
I agree. Colonial America could actually be a really cool setting for something like this. Especially given the nature of this series. Getting into these cool storylines involving conspiracies and whatnot tied to people like Washington or Franklin and so on.
This should be cool. I could definitely go for a new Hitman game. I've thoroughly enjoyed the franchise in the past. It's one of my favorite stealth game franchises.
If you feel any reservation about giving out your credit card information or such things, Paypal is still a definite way you can go to donate and it will keep you from having to give out that information.
Simply visit the Paypal site and you'll see right there on the main page where they're taking donations. You can do an instant $25 donation or you can put in a specific amount. They have several organizations they're collaborating with on it as well so you have a...
Definitely looking good. That villainess looks like she could make for an interesting story. I can't wait.
I'm not much of a multiplayer gamer so I'm not concerned with hearing about that. I'm just ready for another awesome adventure with Drake. This is probably my most anticipated game of the year (with maybe SOCOM 4 right behind it...then the new Elder Scrolls and Dark Souls if it's still coming this year and turns out as awesome as Demon's Souls).
I've thoroughly enjoyed Angry Birds. Granted I don't game much on my iPod, but it is my favorite on there. They really struck gold with that game and know what they're doing in the mobile department I think.
I, too, am a PixelJunk fan, Cat. I've enjoyed all their games and will undoubtedly get around to getting Shooter 2 sometime soon. Unless of course you just want to give me a code for it ;) lol
I seriously doubt that there's ever been a case so clear cut that one was undeniably in the wrong, while the other was completely innocent and the innocent one got punished while the other didn't.
The point has been brought up before and I'll reiterate it: we just can't see everything.
Straight from the site stats: There are roughly 5,000 comments made on a daily basis. There are only a handful of mods active on N4G. There's just no way we...
I'm sure you'll have lots of fun at GDC, cold or not. Should be some interesting stuff there. Just be sure to bring me back something good, Cat :D
Nice interview. The game definitely sounds and looks interesting. I think I may definitely have to try this out.
"per se"
Actually, I liked Claudia more than Elena. I'd like to see more of her.
