Don't know who's paying that much, but the going price on eBay right now is about $5-600 including shipping. Couple that with eBay and Paypal costs, the possibility of dead beat bidders, and you may make $100.

Why stop at DLC on this steaming pile? Some bought the game on release, going on two months, and were led by broken promises of updates to fix the crashes. Most if not all retailers won't give a refund if the game is opened or over 30 days. This game clearly doesn't work as advertised, and I want my money back.

In a twist of irony, this actually encourages people to play their games, trade them in and delete them. Going all digital? With 360gig HDD? WTF were they thinking? After 7 full game installs, you've used up all your real estate.

Agree 100% Wizard. How it works here-some shark firm gets ahold of the case against a company, for any product or service. We consumers are Ill informed, or not at all about partaking in a class action lawsuit. Said sharks sue, win, take their cut and we're left with chum, sometimes (most times) pennies on the dollar, not even worth the postage of sending in a response to claim your settlement. Complete BS...we shell out $60+ dollars for this product and it doesn't work as advertised....
DD is fine, but so is the option of owning a physical copy. I want the freedom to do both (and yes) for the reason of being able to trade in a game when I'm done OR if it's a steaming pile. I'm also sorry, but a DD SHOULD be cheaper than a physical copy, OR include some type of extras or incentives. A physical copy sold through retail (also gets a cut) plus manufacturing and delivering a product costs more than a DD. Also-brick and mortar stores compete, sometimes selling the game...
Maybe Spike should consider a personality like Leno next year vs that asshat McHale to host VGX. I know their are probably restrictions on Leno from his network, but someone who respects our culture.
I'm also sure there are mods to freely unlock boosts too. I feel no guilt using them either. People spend TONS for boosts, lives etc for this game that probably didn't cost that much to develop. It's a money pit nickel and diming good (but gullible) folks everywhere.
They should have a pay one price/unlimited lives, but that would be too nice of them.
I used to play it. Also-if you run out of lives, uninstall then reinstall and you'll be full again, so long as your progress is connected through your Facebook. No need to wait or bug your friends. I do this on my iPhone 4S, can't speak for other devices.
It's getting old. How long ago did Betafield 4 release? How many patches were done or supposed to be done but were delayed or never released? PrivateRyan-BINGO! A lot of supporters of all digital purchases pointed to Steam saying XBL will be run like that. Evidence points to the opposite, and MS never gave us reason to believe it would be like Steam. For all we know, they may have had an Apple store approach to gaming-buy or get an incomplete game on the cheap, laden with micro transactions to advance (Candy Crush). Also, any game you purchase as digital is always the same as retailers in XB live.

Please explain how selling a system now at $399/$499 vs November at the same price benefit MS or Sony? The demand is there, and it will be for a long time to come.
