I already have access to a ton of VC games in Wii mode on my Wii U, so its kind of hard to get excited about them being available in Wii U mode, its not like I am going to buy them again when I already have them. Not that I do not like Bonk and what not, but just go into Wii Mode.
What VC console games I would like to see on Wii U are GAMECUBE/Dreamcast games. That is what would get me pumped.
Rayman was full of magic, other than that I agree with you %100. I do not want to buy a game at full price and then be forced to pay upwards of $50 more dollars in the long run, just for DLC. I hate that!
In the long run a game can cost you over $100. I am all for free DLC.

Why would Ubi Forget about Nintendo? Games like Rayman and Just Dance(a game I have never, and doubt I will ever play, let alone buy) sell very well on Nintendo. If Ubi wants to stop making Mature games for the system, well that is up to them, but to not make Rayman for Nintendo platforms would be a mistake.
Splatoon does look like a great game, and more importantly it looks FRESH, that is something you can hardly say about the last few COD games.
I like COD, but I am also kind of burned out on it. I mean how many COD games have released in just the past 3 years?
Yes the PS3 did well, but not for the first 4 years. The first 4 years its sales were not so hot.
Once the price came down then it started selling well.
I wish the gamepad had a longer range too. Why hasn't someone released a gamepad booster. Something that you plug in and it carries the range of your gamepad farther. Like they have for wireless internet.
I also wish Nintendo would release more apps like Pandora, Crackle, I Heart Radio. It would make the Wii U even better than it already is.
I am not disagreeing with you, but there has been a few ports that were better on Wii U, Like Rayman, and Trine 2.
Going forward I DO agree that Wii U will get the crappy ports of games, when it gets them at all.
Since there are so many great games for Wii U and coming out soon as well I am not sweating it.

What are you talking about? Right now Nintendo has the most exclusive games for next gen systems out there, and yeah it is because its been out way longer, but the point is it has a TON.
I bought a 2 TB hard drive for my Wii U, but it has nothing on it yet because I try to buy hard copies.
As far a Digital distribution, everything from Sonic to Assassins Creed and Batman are available for download.
Stupid Idea. For one NO MATTER the game you will NEVER have the same gameplay as if you purchased it. Bottom line. You can use any sim out there and it will be okay BUT not the same...the magic will be gone.....and by the way the same goes for all games...Hope they catch you. Have fun in jail.

I Am 43 have PS4 and Wii U this gen. Too many of you think that the games are meant for kids, I can tell you they are not just for kids. Nintendo's main focus is FUN.
I do not always need to slash someones throat to have FUN. BTW Horror games are one of my Faves, so no I enjoy good games. IF you were to look at these games you say are for kids and how they are reviewed you would see they are GREAT.
As far as graphics I doubt PS360 could do MK8 at 60f...
Ugh, really? This argument again? Try playing though NSMBU and get 3 coins in every area. Play through Zombi U, Try MK8 online and get your butt kicked, Monster Hunter could eat 100 hours of your life away in no time. There are plenty of challenging games on Wii U. You say these things about Wii U, and you even state The Wii U is not for you , which I would assume means you do not even own one, so how are you judging these games?

It is a great Idea, I love Sonic all stars and MK8, But Diddy Kong Racing on N64 held its own against MK64. If you have not played Diddy Kong 64, It was not just Racing, it was much more than that. Fantastic game. I have not played it in at least 10 years, but still remember it very well.
Well, if you really want it like right away, buy a Wii U from the East, and Order the game too. I am just saying you could, but it would be pretty costly for one game.
