I admit my choice of words wasn't the best, so let me rectify: SOME publishers had more revenue on the PS3 this year. Specifically EA and Ubisoft. Now if you want to deny that fact, well... whatever floats your boat.
If software sales on the PS3 are so low, how come publishers make more money on the PS3?

This move by Microsoft only helps perpetuating the stereotype that videogames are for kids.
There is a number of possible explanations for this:
a) the reviewer is 10 years old
b) the guy never played a real crappy game in his life
c) the guy is on heavy drugs and suffers from brain damage
d) the guy is a 360 fanboy
e) all of the above
