If that's the case, then I think we're 14 articles short on the Xbox 360 version of Split/Second. But if you're referring to that ridiculous barrage of articles about Alan Wake, that game was supposed to "show the true power of the 360", "blow Uncharted 2 out of the water" and kick start a "new era in game engines for the 360". So yeah, it had it coming.
But back on topic, RDR looks better on 360 just like GTA4. End of story! Features...
It started with Bayonetta on PS3. Then it was Splinter Cell Conviction, FF XIII and Alan Wake on 360. Now it's Red Dead Redemption on the PS3. And that's just this year alone! No one remembers where it began. We have fanboys on both camps accusing each other of hypocrisy. We have people saying sub-HD is crap this week, when it wasn't two weeks ago and vice-versa. And for the love of me, I can't remember when graphics became more important than gameplay.

Well... I don't know about you guys, but I can hardly tell any difference between the two systems. I certainly don't see anything that justifies different scores for each version. And how can you explain doing just that with this game but not with FFXIII? Double standards much?

BTW, wouldn't this technically be SSX 6? There were 4 games on the PS2 (SSX, SSX Tricky, SSX 3, SSX on Tour) and 1 on the Wii (SSX Blur).
New copies of this game can already be found in store shelves for €35 in my country (half the original price). You can probably get it for even less if you buy a used copy.
I'm just wondering who in his right mind could possibly want the soundtrack for this game? It's bad enough listening to it while playing the game! The thing is just so lame and feels completely out of place.

The irony and hypocrisy in this story are overwhelming. These guys didn't seem too bothered with Bayonetta's perfect score. Was it because it didn't conflict with their own agenda? If only Kotaku was half as trustworthy as Famitsu.
What's hilarious is that I lost 2 bubbles for exposing the media's double standards.
It really angers me to think of how differently the bad ports of Bayonetta and FFXIII were treated by the media. We just had an article here, not two days ago, arguing that Bayonetta was inferior on PS3 because of the system's "inferior hardware", but FFXII on 360 was inferior because of poor compression and not the hardware. WHY THE HELL DID THEY HAVE TO COMPRESS IT IN THE FIRST PLAC...
