It has nothing to do with PSN. Your PSN is fine and it's working. People who own the PS3 Slim models are not effected by this issue. Console owners of PS3 20GB, 60GB, 80GB with PS2 BC ARE THE ONLY ONES EFFECTED. Console owners of PS3 80GB with NO PS2 BC and PS3 SLIM MODELS ARE NOT EFFECTED.
So what happened? Some jackass during the hardware setup of the earlier models f'ed up the time coding for the clock on the hard drive. People who never connected to the internet or downloaded...
