I don't think this really has to do with the 360's power or lack thereof (but i can be wrong). I think this has to do more with Itagaki not being as badass as he thinks he is. Way to pie yourself in the face buddy! haha

But i've yet to play a GTA game. They look like they'd be fun for a while but after that while it seems like it would get boring. That's just my opinion and like i said, i've never played the games. But from what i hear on here, a lot of people think San Andreas was better. Should i skip on GTA4 and buy the old PS2 classic? Either way, I'll at least rent GTA4 and judge for myself.

@Closing - It does read that but that's the website's words. I think the PS3 will get the extra stuff for now but eventually it will be released on the 360 if it's extra content of some sort.

I don't think you'll NEED to pick up any of the games to understand the story because i think if you preorder it or get a special edition you get a disc summarizing it all for you. You can also find links online doing the same. As far as getting familiar with the gameplay, i'm sure you can play any of them to get familiar with it but MGS3 was my favorite to date.

I don't hate the Playstaion at all. In fact, i own one. I was just stating that a lot of emphasis is placed on attach rates and how they can be misleading for the PS3. It is a well rounded machine and therefore people wont only buy it for games unlike some of the other consoles which is perfectly fine. I'm sure sony loves that. I was just trying to say that if you only factor in the people who bought the PS3 for games then the attach rate would be higher. Not sure how much higher though....
Does it look better than Vida Guerra's ass? That's a tough one, but the PS3 does have more to offer than just being sexy. Who knows, maybe Vida does too..
Should be a great game. I never played it on the 360 or PC but i heard it's great so i'll definately look into it when it comes out. Are there any other big games dated for september release?
I think the attach rates of the PS3 can be misleading because i'm sure a good number of people did buy it for mostly blu-ray then games. Their priority would be movies and some games whereas people buying the 360 don't have the movies option right out of the box. Yeah you can download movies onto the xbox but most people don't want to do that. Most people's connections aren't super fast. But in the end as more games come out the attach rates on both systems should increase.
I think it's funny that there's all this talk about the PS3 being fazed out or squeezed out a month before one of the biggest games on PS3 comes out. It seems as though they're trying to give the impression that the PS3 is a sinking ship and that they're doing great. Both systems are doing well I think but the Playstation's ship is not taking in water. It's moving along nicely. When MGS4 comes out i'm sure it'll be moving along a lot nicer.
