If friends are over and I dont have any but If I did, and wanted to show off my HDTV, I would let them play the GT:HD Demo.
They would say OOOHHH and WOOOWWW It does look pretty, and that makes it fun to play.
But after they leave, I would play the Forza 2 Demo, for a little better game experience. And if I score a Steering wheel with my copy of Forza this week, GT:HD probably will get deleted. Until GT5 comes out.
We need a developer to pump out massive amounts of average games. When a developer puts out one game every 6 months, there are long waiting times to play something new and fresh, I didnt say play something better, just play something new.
They make a hit every year too, cant wait for Army of Two.
I dont get your sales figures either, they arent going down.
It is not a live game. Whats up with that? I play it all the time and my friend in Atlanta bought it too, we got home and tried to play co-op but found out it wasnt an option.
The box says you can, even the instruction manual tells you how to, with a screenshot of someone doing it!!! I was pissed.
Both of these will be the most played shooters for my two consoles.
Mainly due to the fact that the lobbys will fill up fast, and there will be alot of trash talking, I love it.
Try getting any achievement on Guitar Hero 2 above medium.
You could spend days mashing buttons, but you wont get the achievement unless you are really really really good at the game. Anybody I see with those achievements, I give props to.
Do you see how this works?
10,000 multiplayer kills in Gears of War. That is an achievement you can spend weeks getting, and you are right, it only proves you played alot of rounds, but could have finished last...
Remember at the arcades, you get to put in your initials for a high score.
I obsessed on putting my initials in the #1 slot.
Achievements are just an extension of leaderboards on an arcade game, I love 'em.
My Gamerscore: around 5500 + I have 1,000 for oblivion.
Is because they are making this game, and sales wouldnt be as high if new 360 owners could just buy a used $10 copy of the original.
I will buy it, its been so long since I played the original, should feel like a fresh experience.
On the PS3 ad for Rainbow 6, it shows the ratings like 9.5 and 5 out of 5. But in small writing at the bottom, it says:
"Scores pertain to Xbox 360 version"
I played it on 360, so I wont be buying it for my PS3.
They told me it would be wednesday, in the US
This goes to show that mastering the programming for a platform can make even old technology look next-gen. The same went for Ninja Gaiden on Xbox, way ahead of its time, along with Riddick.
Both companies are listening to us when we speak, and thats a good thing guys.
Its gonna be fun!!
When he is running, it looks like someone is following him with the camera, bouncing realisticly, like the Roadie cam in Gears.
The foilage is great, the water is great, and I bet the waterfalls we saw werent the final waterfalls, they look like place holders until something better is created.
Didnt he go through like 7 360's??
They didn't break, he just bought 7 of them, one for each of his flatscreens. That dude was a baller.
I ignored the poll, my 360 works great, so does my PS3, and Wii. If one of them were to break, and I was angry, then I would have voted.
A poll is inaccurate if it is not mandatory. A volunteer poll, like this is not accurate and is not really a poll.
The title should be: "2,315 people out of 11 million reported 360 failures"
Man I would have hated to be that embarrassed to have to do a recall.
A couple of them actually, well, if you count VR missions.
Not sure how many will be in the set, but its a few different Half life games including the original I think.
The same game, but every texture was replaced.
The original looked next-gen to me, so all this polish will make it great.
Thats like wearing 200 pounds of battle armor while sitting in front of a tv playing Halo.
