Everything is gearing towards a major backlash if the Ps5 launch games don’t blow XSX exclusives out the water.

If the Ps5 releases with ps5 exclusives that could’ve worked on the previous generation they are not “real exclusives” by the N4G logic.
That is the narrative against Xbox for their cross gen approach ... so don’t twist my comment.

Calling it now. PlayStation doesn’t have much for ps5s launch it will be strong from the new 3rd party games and most likely rely on marketing those games with a ps5 picture and price at the end.

Last gen was NVIDIA rsx and the cell , xenon and xenos.. To architecture PC gaming made the standard in development.
It’s not the same anymore... it’s not hard to think these people who invest millions into engines have assets available for all levels of power.

Next level CPU intensive games will come but not yet on ...
And even that one will be missing the Ray Tracing. Ps5 players will be able to play the PS4 version.. that’s it. Another plus of building the foundation of cross gen scaleable gaming is they can send out an update for older titles with specific consoles in the family in mind
