And this is why I no longer look a Online Review scores, too many of the scores are effected by internet zealots. Good games get put down for no good reasons.

SSD on PS5/ next Xbox scares me a little the problem with cheep SSD's is the rewrite memory blocks in an SSD have a limited number of writes (bigger problem for cheaper drives) add on top of that the garbage problem were at lest 20% to 30% of the drive should be kept empty to keep seed's up SSD could prove to be problematic on Consoles. I hope they do use SSD only on the next gen of consoles as the benefits far out weight the down side, I just hope they do it well...

No one has said what type of Ray-tracing the PS5 will be able to do, will it be hardware or software? will there be a dedicated cores on die for Ray casting like the Nvidia cards? will it use AMD's compute cores in a patched up mess? The fact is we just do not know. I would like it to be Full Fat Hardware Ray casting but we just do not know at this point in time.

Can't wait to hear more.

Not so, Sony fans would no doubt love it but that does not say the markets would. If they fill the deal is over priced or just a bad fit Sony could lose value.

Sony has around 24b in cash as of Jan 2019, Take two has a market value of just under 10b but this would rise if take over or buy out rumours turn out to be true. Sony could buy them it has the cash but the cost could leave Sony exposed if say PS5 does not do as well as PS4 has. My self I think there are better Devs/company's Sony could go after then take two.

Think its a case of timing and place being all wrong, doing this @ BlizzCon with the most die-hard fans was a huge mistake. also the game is pretty much just a re-skin of Crusaders of Light (which is free). what they should have done is a tweet on a Tuesday night with no fan fair and they may have just about got away with this.

Can't see any thing right with this but that just what i think.

Basic ray-tracing in hardware would be nice.

There are 80 million plus PS4's out there but that doesn’t mean people play games on em.... I have 3 of them but only play on the 2 pro's.

Do you really believe Microsoft is just coping Sony? please enlighten us all and tell us how up till now Microsoft is doing this.....

would not get to excited by Navi just yet, looks like another crap GPU based on the terrible GCN (Graphics Core Next) design that has seen AMD losing ground to Nvidia for years. 2020 will see the true next gen AMD card which will be dropping the GCN for good (and about time too).

Sony involvement will most likely be in cost reduction, power consumption and some extra instruction sets (all the things consoles need).

Nope can't say this has effected me, a few years ago I went off games as a whole but that was game overload as I was off work sick for 6 months not able to walk gave me far too much time to play games. Maybe this is not a case of "One Game Ruining Another" maybe it's a case of too many games not enough down time to enjoy them.

Can't say i care how much it would cost to match an Xbox one X! That's not the point of owning a PC. I would never go out to build a PC to match a console I would build a PC to match my needs (which are not just Gaming).

No, 480p would not give us photo-realism at all. until hardware is capable of real time ray-tracing you will not see anything like the real would in games. Although lighting in games has come along way in the last few year it is still very basic compared to CGI. and lets face it CGI is getting close to Real world but its still not there yet, just look ILM's best work to date in the new Starwars films. It's Fantastic! but you can still see its CGI

Don't think I said any thing about play anywhere in my post! I have a very good PC, PS4 pro, switch and a will be getting a Xbox one X I don't think buying a few games twice will be a problem. Hell i would have to do that no matter which way I tried to do it even on PC.

As for having my 360 setup all the time..... not going to happen I also have over 20 systems! don't have the space to set them all up, well might have to buy a bigger house to do that.

Good job Microsoft you may well get some of my dosh!!!!!!

Oh and I have a huge collection of 360 games I will be able to play again as I can't be ass'ed to setup my 360 then pack it away just t...
