AC2 is the best. I'm glad I haven't played the rest of them so my high regard for the series isn't tarnished.
It fuses singleplayer with competative multiplayer. So the story mode is essetially built into the multiplayer and can switch between AI and Human players at any time.
because nobody cared about SP. Fans buy the Battlefield games at full price even without singleplayer:

Halo 4 sucked. Bought it, beat it, then returned it within 7 days. Halo needs Bungie back.
I just hope the multiplayer is good. The singleplayer is just there to show off the fidelity of the engine.
