360 is all but over in Japan, thats god news for me (ps3 owner) as I love Japanese games/art.

Peer to peer is one console hosting and playing a game.
If you have a decent UPLOAD bandwidth you can hosat more players and have few problems depending on how goo your IP is.
If you run a dedicated server from your PS3, the game is ranked, but you cannot play, just view stats etc. I ran dedicated when I went to sleep at night.
Dedicated owns peer to peer, that is why XBOX Live sucks balls, and you have to pay for that too. And all the XBOTS wil try and force feed you all...
No, what you may see as 'typically' Japanese, imagine what they think when they see western games like Army Of Two, COD4, Haze, UT3, HALO3, Brothers In Arms, Medal Of Honor, Socom, I mean, all those games are fps or 3rd person shooters. They don't dig them as much as we do. I myself love Japanese art and games. Okami, Shadow of the Colossus, Folksoul etc have beautiful art work and design.
I also love blowing the crap out of someones skull with a sniper rifle in an FPS/3PS shooter! Heh...
I was in the Beta and the Sony ranked servers were the best fun. Although they were hard to get on, as they were always full. But now when the finished game is released, it looks like they will have plenty of servers up. NICE!

I can't wait for this though. Between all the big hitters like Unreal 3 and Lair, or MGS and FF XIII, for some reason I can see myself playing this the most.

I can't stand American Football either and I have lived in the US for a decade. But hey people, it's what you grow up with that you love.
As for the comparison, I can see even with the $hitty video quality that 360's 60 fps gives more value for money on the screen than the ps3 one. Plus the colour palette is slightly deeper on the 360 due to the ATI gfx chip (which I always prefer over nvidia). But playing it in your front room, you would be hard pressed to tell the difference....

Monkey Golf on the Game Cube super monkey ball games, is still the best golf game ever.
If the 360 one was ready, or near finished, why would they delay it just because of ps3 problems? After scumbagsoft paid 50 million aswell?

Im optimistic about an new Rockstar Ip, but you have to admit, no other Rockstar games are anywhere near as good as GTA franchise. They would have to hit one way out of left field to come up with something that much fun/controversial/original again
All the other Rockstar games are meh.
