I don't know why they're ranting about Halo 3. They don't know what Halo 3's story is: so how can they say it's "teenage" in theme?

For the two thousands time, Halo 3 isn't finished yet, 90% of those textures are placeholders. Wait until the final game is out, THEN you can make a fair comparison.
Having said that, Mega Man does look quite impressive. The colours are much more vivid compared to Halo. Mega Man looks slightly more realistic as well, but only because it's not as sharp as Halo 3.

The new banshee looks awesome; but it's butt-hard to control. I almost feel they're starting to "over-balance" the game in some areas.
Still, it's got the fuel-rod in multiplayer, and I got an overkill splatter with the Banshee, AND I stuck an enemy banshee while fying out the mancannon! awesome stuff.
Umm, the "new weapon" is the missile pod. It was only shown in Bungies press event before the press played Halo 3.
Can't be used against on-foot enemies? How about the time I missiled the VIP standing on top of a rock (BR-ing me, I should say) while launching off the man-cannon?

I agree with the numbers thing. It would actually be ridiculous if Gears had 100 plus locus running at you, because the gameplay is simply not designed for it. I only mentioned that because of people who use to say Gears is boring/is nothing new, are now saying Gears has raised the bar on gameplay, and their only saying that to put down Halo 3. I still believe that Gears of war's single player gameplay could have been done on a PS2.

I'm sorry to disappoint all those people already disappointed in Halo 3, but Bungie aren't making a game to please your graphical desires. it doesn't matter how much you say about it being the "Bungie" or being Microsoft trump card, or whatever...Bungie are making a game they want to be entertaining, and unlike so many other developers, that comes first and foremost.
