I have by the way, alot of people on my friends list who have this game, and are all Brits.
The only games that deserve to be on that list is Crysis, and perhaps Rock Band. UT3? Can anyone tell me what UT3 is going to do that hasn't been done before?
And Bioshock! This was my favorite bit:

It's not just the fact that the PS3 has so few good games, but that games like Lair and Heavenly Sword were suppose to own the 360, but turned out very average. Whoever thought Two Worlds would be any good after the recent videos? And it's not the first crap game the 360 has.
But at least PS3 owners now have one good game they can play...

Wow! The PS3 finally got a decent game! Maybe now you guys can stop posting fanboy comments and actually play some games.
I agree with the write up, although it would have been nice if the writer elaborated a bit more. The only truly "original" thing about Bioshock is the art-deco 1950s setting. And even that kind-of feels ruined to me because of the destroyed/decaying nature of the environments, which has been done to death.
The gameplay is basically a corridor shooter with FP RPG elements shoe-horned in. And the story turned out very predictable. It's like it goes from interesting ...
I doubt if Gears 2 would be out in 2008.
It's Sony...they do stuff like that.

Fair point, but I mean what I said. I never liked JRPGs and I still don't, so that rules out FF13. I actually loved the original MGS on the PS1, and it's personally one of my favorite games of all time, but I didn't like MGS2, and I kinda lost interest after that. I'm interested in MGS4, mostly for the story, but the look of the gameplay jus...
This game can only be done on the PS3.
So, if Halo 3 got 7/10, what do you think everyone will say? "7/10 is still good, considering the reviewer has such high standards." Oh please. I don't buy games that score anything below 8/10, so 7/10 put's it the same league as games like...Just Cause. Some poeple may not see any problem with that, but I do recall some comments about Heavenly Sword being a AAA title.

No, Xaphanze is a fanboy, and I can't believe you Sony fanboys are still deluding yourselves with this "power of teh cell/cannot be on the red-ring 360" crap. what did you guys say about Lair? "cannot be done the 360", "AAA title" e.t.c. But the game turned out to be crap. What about Heavenly Sword? "Cannot be done on the 360" "looks as good as Gears of War" "it must have Blu-Ray 'cose it's soooo big" "AAA title" "...
Anything with Ryu Hayabusa at the top gets my vote. I'm glad Gray Fox came no2 'cose he was awesome: "Hurt me more!"
What is the point now boasting about how many gigs your 6 hour game takes up? How many people were making fun of the Gears of War because it was only 12 hours long, and how Blu-Ray would offer such a huge advantage? I've still seen nothing from PS3 games that justifies 25 gig of storge, and what's worse, developers are already coming close to filling up single-layer Blu-Ray discs. There aren't even any CGI curscenesin Heavenly Sword. And this is why people pay £400 for the PS3.

I liked the video, and the effects were awesome. But watching it it makes me hope that they don't go for the documentary style too much when it comes to the final movie. I still want some good 'ole OTT Hollywood action Halo-stlye.
I hate the way the O button moves kills neardy by enemies instantly. You hit one enemy and all the ones around you just fall down and die for no reason. It looks daft.
If Edge gave it 6/10, then I'm no longer interested.
There is the same computer in Highground. It's just a piece of decorateor.
Whoever was playing in those vids needs to grow some skill. No wonder journalists say Halo 3 is nothing special, if this is how they play.
