@3GenGames
There are so many lols in your comment, I'll just pick my favourite one:
"Have fun with yourselves now that you're geniuses because you're so smart about a service that won't even exist 5 years from now. Lol! "
For educational purposes, the BBC i-player is one of the first on-demand TV services. I should also point out that it's unlikely to be dead in 5 years time. In fact, I'd even say the...
Yeah :)
"LMAO
From exclusive games to timed exclusive games to timed dlc to timed demos....what next;)"
...Timed announcements.
I don't get it...can you please explain that in more detail?
The name's fine, it's the controller that needs a revamp!
I'm not a fan Playstations, I'm not a fan of handhelds either, and I'm certainly not a fan of the PSP. But I have to admit, when I saw the trailer for Gravity daze/Rush, I couldn't help but think "I want to play this game." I actually want to buy a Vita just for this game now...providing it lives up to the hype :)
I think it's nice to see a game like that again: a true killer app that looks so good, you buy the system just for that one game. ...
@Area84HU
YOU may not care, but Sony does...and no one is holding technology back, AMD just built their Radeon HD 7900 and you can buy it if you want...so why wait another 2 years to see it in the PS3? Why not just build your own PC with as many graphic cards as you want? Oh wait, lemme guess...
@Wallis
"There IS a casual relationship between high consumers of violent media and high incidents of violence in real life settings, that is statistical fact"
That's funny, because I've read multiple statistics that say that violent youth crime is currently the lowest it's ever been in history...
@ "The Killer"
What you've just said means absolutely squat. How many COD players have actually...
No, I read that they're going for a Unity style engine that is consistent across many platforms: including web and mobile devices.
^^ This :)
That's actually a bit scary...
I don't think you guys want Perfect Dark Zero...
I love American humour, but if you think British humour is "awkward and dumb" then you clearly lack wit...and judging by your choice of words, sounds like you were actually offended by the sexual innuendo, which is actually quite pathetic. As Kurt Russel pointed out, at least British comedy shows don't require canned laughter.
And I don't know why anyone would bring up fart jokes. Seriously? Do Americans still use them? You know in Britain fart jokes w...
@Godmars290
No, YOU created that situation. Microsoft didn't hand out Xboxs to your friends so you would buy a 360 :P YOU are weak minded and gave into peer pressure...
And your point is? I'd rather pay $900 for the 360 because it's (in my eyes) better value for money: same way people argued the PS3's $600 price tag was better value than the 360.
Personal preference at the end of the day. So I'm not sure what your number crunching is trying to say.
Well, I don't JUST open the first page of books looking for points: if I think the book looks interesting, I'll keep out, store it in my house ready to read...someday.
And I don't purposely look for exploits to take out difficult enemies: but if they do happen to occur, I take full advantage of it, even with the slight tinge of guilt.
I do the food thing but for a different reason: I think "I should start collecting food, it replenishes h...
I don't understand why you would compare texture resolutions from that far away. Especially considering the fix was for how the textures get updated (at different distances) so it's probably correct that it looks the same from that distance.
Agreed.
@Sephirothx21
I've had both. I've picked up items before a quest and when the quest starts I can say "is this the item you wanted?" and they're like "WTF? How did you get that?!" :)
Unfortunateltly I've also has the "I've already got that item: nothings happening" problem. Even worse, I went to find another of that item as indicated by the game/quest and when I pick it from the dead body, nothing happen...
Sky has ads. I'm pretty sure Virgin does as well.

And to "defend" microsoft: They never said us paying subcription meant we would never have ads. I don't really think of them as ads (although technically they are) because they're all game/xbox related, I've always seen it as MS pushing content. (which the PSN does as well) It's not like they're advertising McDonalds or teethe whitener (I dunno, maybe they are in the US...)
