Did anybody seriously believe this game was going to be epic? I'm sure their will be a few gamers that enjoy photography and such that will pick this up.

I'm surprised how many 360 games are on that list. And number 1???? WOW! Beating out games like Final Fantasy XIII really says something.

Sony is not going to leave the hardware business. The ps3's has been a financial nightmare for Sony tho'. Still losing money with every ps3 sold, add the fact that software sales are still lacking. Times are very tough now and Sony is definitely in the hole. It's possible that Sony might file for bankruptcy. But since the playstation brand is Sony's main money maker, I would expect them to make cuts in other areas.

Man 2009 is shaping up to be a fantastic year for us 360 owners. I'm really looking forward to playing Splinter Cell's unique mutliplayer.

Yeah Napster went down but there were many others ready to take its place like Kazaa or Limewire. If Pirate Bay does go down than I'm sure there will be other ways. Pirates will never die.

newgroups and irc channels still have a strong following. One of the best places to get music is wafflesFM which has a very strong collection of music. The only problem that it's a private channel and to be a member you have to go through a few chat interviews. I'm still waiting for my invite. :(
That sucks big time. I love playing LAN parties. Most of my Halo 3 games are LAN parties. I might not even pick this up anymore.
That's silly. Than you shouldn't of bought the first Gears of War or the first Resistance because of the upcoming sequels.
The likely hood of torrents dieing is pretty small. If it does, it won't be for at least another 3-5 years. By than some other oddity would probably continue the pirate trend.
