Higher GHz is really important for computers, not so much to consoles that have multiple cores. PC programs generally only run on one or two cores, so the higher the GHz the quicker it runs. Console games are designed to utilise multiple cores, so even though the GHz is lower, you can still push through a lot of information. The benefit of lower GHz is less heat, which is pretty important for a console sitting in a cabinet. That's my understanding anyway.

@LOGICWINS its become a top article because there are obviously people interested in checking it out. If you have a problem with it or just aren't intrested, don't click on it unless you want to make it hotter.

@SlapHappyJesus So they should lift the embargo a week before launch, not launch day. Launch day embargoes suggest the developer isn't confident in how the game will be received and they think bad reviews will turn away buyers.

Yeah... you're not a fanboy at all. /s

The WiiU is capable of looking better than PS3/Xbox360, doesn't mean it will within months of release.

I wouldn't say the non-localization of prices is a downfall. In Australia we get great deals based on the exchange rate and it's a major reason for us even using Steam.

It's really hard to make a shooter unique these days because the crowd know what they want. But MoH:W does do a couple of things to differentiate itself, particuarly from COD.

Single Player: MOH goes for a more true to life expeience, they base all of their missions on real life events. so they actually try to tell a pretty decent story. I can't speak for MOH:W but MOH 2010 had a great story. COD goes for the action movie type story, complete with heartbeat sensors. ...

How could he even say that, from what was shown it almost looks like a MW3 style mission... if MW3 looked about 10x better.

Sub-Sonic boom? Boom = sound, how can sound travel slower than sound? Not having a go, just found that amusing.

@norman
So you don't want the OPTION to play your vita on a big screen? It would have been good if future me had the choice to plug my vita in to my PC monitor and chill at my desk.

I used to hate the 360 controller, till I bought one to use with my PC. I still prefer the PS3 controller. People just need to bunch up and quit complaining and just use the controllers they've got. It isn't that big of a deal.

@kudakadere Australia isn't that bad, last game I think to be disallowed was Mortal Kombat. Most major games tone down blood splatter/gore if it doesn't look like they'll get clearence. It's never stopped me from getting any game I've wanted.

I bought it in the steam sale, already owned it on PS3 but I figured I'd need some PC practice before BF3 (People play really differently on Console/PC). Pre-ordered on Origin, I honestly don't really care, I'll just add it as a non-steam game.
