I think Playstation is indeed the best place for Street Fighter. It's been home to most of the games and collections. Obviously arcade is it's birth place but clearly clearrnot it's home, since it has more fans and it's stronger now. SNES only had it because PS1 didn't exist yet.
Smart thing to do would be test new IP, franchise spin-offs, and ideas that work only for mobile devices. That way Nintendo can have a presence in the mobile market, and simultaneously advertise themselves to casual mobile gamers; having mild Wii U connectivity as well as companion apps would target core gamers also.
As for emulation specifically, they could also rehash their old games that people otherwise pirate on mobile.

As for best RPG, LotD and Suikoden, great as they are, pale in comparison to Chrono Trigger. That shit needs an HD remaster or full remake/sequel so bad it hurts.

Sounds like it's PS4 now. Too bad, graphically speaking. Unless they start from absolute scratch, this game will unfortunately look like a remastered PS3 game. What a let down. At least it is coming but the hype is absolutely gone.
