This is probably more of a Wrestling game I'd try compared to the others. Simpler is better for me :)

Resi Evil in Eastern Europe would be interesting I agree....Prague maybe? Tallin? Very Gothic. I just hope it doesn't go the way Devil May Cry is...bleah!

I'm personally still happy with current gen consoles...couldn't afford a new one anyway...

Also....a bit harsh on Ezio...I wouldn't say 'good riddance'

However totally agree with most of the rest...For heavens sake no more bloody modern warfare shooters!!!

I personally couldnt care less about 3D fad. I'm not going to buy a 3D tv and yes I've watched one.

Totally agree about the zombies!

I'm going to give this game a go, even though I've never been a puzzle person...

I think destructibility is great!

I'm not saying Battlefield...(that has to be military).

I'm talking about the number of military shooters that publishers/ devs are focusing on since COD has done so well.

@ Oz

Yes there is room for all, but a disproportionate number of shooters coming out (even sci fi like Killzone and Resistance) end up being military.

It does look amazingly realistic, if the in-game vids are accurate.

I do hope that game-makers move away from military shooters soon though. This gen it was great playing Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter (especially in Mexico) and Rainbow Six, but now everyone (even sci fi games) are doing this gung-ho swearing realistic military shooter thing, and it's getting old.

Do we have to be part of an army to play a shooter? Or some Duke Nukem character if we are...

Yeah I didn't like the single player or look of the levels in 2 nearly as much as 1, but the Horde mode was great!

That church level looks like it'll be good. I loved Horde mode the last game...

YES

I don't mind a bit of realistic blood-splatter as in games like Assassin's Creed.

But some games have gone way over the top with it, and besides it being some sort of a cheap thrill to some, it prevents some gamers (like my not-yet-old-enough teen) from getting to enjoy the game (as I stick to ratings with him). Or games should make it possible and advertised that blood can be turned down, or off.

It is about context: look how ...

Conspiracies are so much fun. Still it wouldn't surprise me if JFK was killed by a group rather than a single demented gunman.

L.A. Noire better have more satisfying answers to any 'conspiracies'.

She's a hot Lara don't you think?

I take it is to represent Tomb Raider...the pic was on the site.

That would be a big shame, but doesn't Sony own all the GOD of Wars for example, or Ubisoft and Splinter Cell, or Activision all the CODs, EA all the MOHs, or they could just get different levels from different game styles they own, like the article says with EA 'best of' shooters etc.

They own those properties...

@ Xboxoz

I take it you mean that when we play a level from an anthology we may like a particular game level we have missed and then we may get the whole retail game if possible?

I'd personally love a COD 'best of'. Instead of just more modern warfare settings of Russia and Middle East we'd have Africa, Sicily, France, Russia, Middle East, Vietnam....all in the one package. It would be a lot of fun I reckon.

An anthology of game levels would get my interest, depending on the series or games involved.

There are so many games I've never tried but if there was a 'selection' of levels, I'd probably get the feel of and good quick enjoyment from them too.

Getting to play a sp level of a future game would really be great too!

Well my son got one and has played around with it for a couple of days, but I haven't seen him with it since....

That might change when Pirates of the Caribbean 3DS is released, but the launch stuff was pretty crappy.
