That's exactly what I meant. I said in the game market it's underrated. Any PC gamer knows and probably loves it. But console gamers maybe haven't even heard of it. It's amazing to me how some people call themselves true gamers when all they do is play PC or just play consoles. I for one play and enjoy both immensely. I prefer all shooter for PC unless it's PS3 or 360 exclusive.

It's one of the most underrated games on the market if you ask me. The balance of all the classes and the developer commitment to keep bringing updates to a class at a time to balance it still but in a different way. No other game makes you work as a team more. The name Team Fortress 2 is so fitting. This game isn't GOTY or anything like that but as a fun online shooter, it's in my top 3. Considering how many online shooters there are nowadays, that's impressive.
Two guys I found pictures of that I think are at the very least similar looking. Not necessarily would they be good to play the part but they look like Drake in my opinion.
Actually Killzone 2 and GG did one thing really right. If you play online then your deaths and kills count even if you quit early but your points/stats towards medals don't. Incentive to stay in the game until the end if you ask me. Yet at the same time if you had a really bad game and quit those deaths stick with you like they should.
MGS collection has already happened. It's just missing trophies and remastered HD. Other than that, it is already out and been out.

Here's the facts:
1. The article never states what the video game was so it could've been violent but it might not have been.
2. The guy has a criminal history with a DWI conviction already.
3. This wasn't a normal argument. It was 4:15am and this guy was clearly wasted off his ass and with a loaded gun nonetheless.
4. This is just plain sad and this guy deserves worse then the death penalty. He killed his 17 yr old son by shooting him in t...
Haha man the only games I have trouble with platinum are either ones that require online trophies (those can be hard) or ones that are just outrageous, like Wipeout HD...My first platinum was Uncharted Drakes Fortune.
You proved my point though. By no means does the average person get a platinum for every game they own. So to be able to walk around in HOME with a shirt specifically proving you got a platinum is really saying something.
The one thing I want 360 and PS3 to both do is have a specific clothing unlock for beating a game entirely. So for example if you beat Uncharted 2 with a Platinum trophy you get a shirt or something that is specific to that achievement. Then when walking around HOME if you see anyone with that shirt you know right then they beat Uncharted 2 with a platiunm trophy and you got plenty to discuss :)
I like the picture of Valve and his comment under it being "At least there are still some dedicated PC developers".
It is true that Valve really does love making games on the PC because clearly TF2 has show a massive following for good reason. All of the updates just keep making it more interesting. The unfortunate thing about PC gaming is that STEAM is taking over. By that I mean practically any mainstream game released for PC is being released through STEAM.

This game has been out for ages, and now they review it? Old news got approved? I mean I understand the Hype for GOW3 and all but this is kind of pushing it don't you think?
Either way, I preordered GOW collectors and can't wait to get my hands on it!
Wait a tick!
Did he say "Uncharted 2 can't hold a candle to Brutal Legend or Batman: Arkham Asylum."
Not saying any names "points finger at article" but this guy has an odd opinion of what makes a good game.
I can't believe you are still here. One measly bubble is all you got left after all your loyalty as a microsoft fanboy. Was it worth it?
On topic: No 360 isn't going away from hardcore but I have a feeling with Natal they are going to try and be more like the Wii hitting casual gamers realizing they want sheer numbers to be larger than the Wii also. It won't happen as hard as they try but even still. Most games that are on the 360 that I want, I get for PC so I am satisfied.
Agreed. I say (like the 1st poster did) that this is just a screenshot and it's his background. Until I see a video of it running out of someone's household, I won't believe that they have it in their hands. If I were playstationlifestyle I would call him out and say give us a quick 5 second video of you pressing start and it loading up and showing 2 seconds of gameplay. Until then, I don't believe it. Sorry.
I don't think it's a matter of do girls like video games. In the recent years with the launch of the 360, PS3, and especially the Wii, gamer girls have increased up to probably something around 30% that play on a regular basis.
The real question is how many girls that game are also attractive and fun to be around...I have met a select few through PC gaming but console not so much.
Correction:
"LA Times Review: Uncharted 2 Among Thieves, this year's best game"
I am still one of those few and far between people who has chosen not to even put a minute into GTA IV myself. I have watched a friend play but I have never played it and don't plan to.
Let's do some simple math.
3, 25GB blu-ray discs = 75GB of content.
2, 4.8GB DVD's = 9.6GB (granted they can probably fit about 10gb per DVD with compression so that totals still only 20GB)
In terms of content, 75GB is a little more than 20GB.
Correct me if I am wrong...

Did anyone else watch this with their jaw dropped about 85% of the time, or was it just me? Also, the 3D program they are using is Maya. I know this because I myself have worked with it for a couple years and recognized the interface. The details on those cars are just mind boggling. I can wait a little while longer for the best racing game ever, but again that's just me :)

I don't like how he claims that Uncharted 2 did what MGS4 so much tried to achieve...I think MGS4 was and still is a fantastic game. If you can't handle that many cutscenes than that's fine but truthfully in length Uncharted 2 probably wasn't that MUCH longer than MGS4. It was just different is all.
I just got mine randomly but I also have the GOW Collector pre-ordered so I guess I will have that as well. I wonder if they are any different but still. It's in the US too!
