and their fangirls a$$. Okay, all PS3 games are GOTY. I hope we can move on. After watching the VIDEO review of LAir from gametrailers this game is a technical POS. The framerate and v-sinc are bad. Kinda like Madden 08 and Saints Row.
I have a few 360 games tat say 1080p on the label. So they are not native 1080p. When a PS3 game has 1080p then it is 1080p. Last I read the PS3 had a sofware scaler not a hardware, therefore it needs code to do scaling. The 360 has hardware scaler so no code is needed. Eitherway, I have a 1080p sammy. When I set the 360 to 720p,1080i, or 1080p they all look great. In the end this is what matters right?
Now they have to drop prices. Like Raptors said. Competition is good. If there was no 360 and Wii the PS3 would be $600. I will just keep waiting. At this point I will get one for $300.
not marketing. I have lots of relatives that want PS3's. They will not get one until it drops into the $200 range. There is more to life that gaming for most adults. Sony fans are kids also. Not many parents will drop $400 to $500 on a TOY.
It's hard to believe not all gamers buy into hype. There was not 1 PS2 exclusive that I wanted. The PS3 only has like one and that is Killzone (e3-05 version).
and JRPG's are even are the lowest. The stories and the combat always seem cheesy. Too much darn walking and cut scenes. Also the acting tends to over excite every moment in the game.
WOW! I will keep an eye out for this one. I hope it's just a HDD size decrease. I also don't care about BC, because I never got a crappy PS2. I maybe getting a PS3 this fall and not waiting untill 08. The thing is there are no games coming out in 07 that I want. Maybe I will watch spiderman untill march 08. Killzone2(e3-05 version) baby.

NES,Sega Genesis, N64, Playstation1, Sega Dreamcast, xbox1, xbox360. The Sega consoles are the ones that never broke on me, and my 360 (knock on wood). I remember the first time I played NBA 2K. I was floored by the GFX.

I would not take a PS2 for free with 100 games. WTF would I want to play a PS2 game on my 50" 1080p TV? It's next gen, I always move up. I can't play out dated games at all. Sorry but I thought the PS2 was garbage. 8mb memory card for $25. That is worse than a $100 20 gig HDD. When the next xbox or PS drop I will be in line on day one.
I will continue to wait. I have a few friends who will do the same. Hell I may wait untill KZ2 drops. I bet there will be 2 more drops by then.
