MS is going to continue producing the 360 as the casual console and it will come bundled with Natal. MS's two biggest franchises, Halo, and Gears, are slated for release in fall 2010 and April 2011...these will be the last major releases for the 360. Two months after gears will be E3 2011 were the 720 will be announced.

Wake looks solid, but NOWHERE near MGS4, Killzone 2, Uncharted 2, or God of War 3. Wake is a very linear game (which allows it to look better than most 360 games) however, it achieves nowhere near the scale/visuals in U2 and GoW 3simply cannot be achieved on 360.

if you read thoroughly, I NEVER mention that consoles are graphically superior to the PC. What I am implying is that of the existing consoles, the Playstation is the most powerful platform. The gaming world is moving away from the PC and to the console for a multitude of reasons (from piracy to streamlined specs).

Cevat Yerli has consistently stated that he prefers the PS3 for its graphical grunt over 360. Further, he has also confirmed that Crytek will be using the PS4 specs (which is deep into development) as the benchmark for next gen games.
Nobody gives a crap about the PC anymore.....
Stop ignoring the warning signs, especially when the biggest PC graphical dev (Crytek) is now squarely focused on consoles.

I have both consoles and they are BOTH great! Each console has fantastic exclusives and both Sony and MS are doing a superb job.
