I would be amazed if the price DIDN'T rise but I personally wouldnt have a problem so long as it was reasonable. Still great VFM.
Borderlands2 port please, Sony. Randy Pitchford already said he'd be happy to see it happen. And so would I.
And I reckon Vita would get a heck of a lot more Vita sales from Borderlands fans.
l always thought a WW1 trench warfare FPS would have made an interesting variation in the hands of the right developers with the right game engine . In particular , Guerrilla Games and their Killzone game engine could sure produce a gritty atmosphere .

It seems like Sony are on a steady rise again. Desirable high end smartphones and tablets that can actually compete with the big players.
Sony HDTVs in 4k and OLED screens in partnership with Panasonic, going toe to toe with LG and Samsung.
And finally the gaming division. Im expecting some thing special with the PS4 and the future of Vita. Backed up with some of the best developers owned by Sony. Throw in Sony music and movie industry and a leaner company and Kaz may yet see...

This generation, I developed (no pun intended) an obsessional need to play the hell out of Borderlands and now Borderlands 2 (thanks Gearbox - really).
_Also, Kingdoms of Amalur became anothet reason I have so many unstarted and unfinished games for my PS3.
There is no INFORMATION regarding next gen console specs, on the internet. Its only information when Sony and MS release their respective details.
Until then, its the usual wild hype, guesswork, speculation and wishful thinking that powers the internet.
Hate to break the bad news but Sony got so excited after selling their US property that they got proper carried away and sold off the servers too. Oops! Silly Sony!

Being 4k capable is a great move by Sony in respect of the PS4. Im willing to bet 4k adoption will be significantly widespread and affordable within 3 years time.
If Sony give the PS4 a significant lifespan, then surely such future-proofing will pay dividends in the long run.
The mobile phone industry is where Sony can really start to rebuild the company's fortunes and reputation.
The new xperia z looks to be a great start against samsung and Apple.

Wouldnt Phil Harrison have some knowledge of the likely spec of the PS4 - presumably well into development before he moved from Sony? Often wondered about that.
Im pleased that Sony have finally brought out comparable mobile phone tech after lagging behind. Time to upgrade to an xperia z when it releases here in the UK.
I think its where Sony can be most competitive and profitable as its probably the most popular and affordable piece of technology owned by most populations.

Like a lot of Sony stuff, Vita will likely be a slow burner. Im ok with the games available so far but just wished they would pull the price of the memory cards down a bit rather than the console.
Just so many great games to play - Journey is a wonderful experience, Kingdoms of Amalur (sadly no follow-up) was a fantastic game which would be in my personal list. But it's Borderlands 2 thats rarely been away from my PS3 since launch. Awesome fun !
